For some customers, getting a purebred puppy through our service is a very new experience. They’re not sure how well it will work out. But they feel better after speaking to our knowledgeable customer service staff.
Our employees are dog lovers. In fact, many of our staff members own dogs. So, they know all about feeding, training, and grooming dogs.
Our employees also know how to find puppies whose characteristics match the lifestyles of our customers. That’s important. After all, a big dog like a Great Dane would be a better match for someone who has a big backyard. After all, big dogs need a lot of space.
Recently, one of our customers wrote to us to tell us that getting her dog, Sherlock, through Purebred Breeders was a very rewarding experience. She had no complaints. Read her letter.
Dear Alex,
I just wanted to tell you how grateful we are to have “George,” whom we have renamed Sherlock like the great detective, because he is so smart!
If you speak with the breeder, please mention that we love this puppy so much; he was obviously cared for and socialized beautifully — he LOVES people and is the most wonderful dog we could ever have wished for.
When I am at work during the day, Sherlock will go to my parents’ house across the street, so he doesn’t have to sit alone until 2:30 every day. We just wanted to express our appreciation — I was so apprehensive about this, and it has turned out so beautifully!

Zackery is a PurebredBreeder.com columnist who writes features on a variety of dog related topics. He is also a big fan and attendee at many of the dog shows on the East Coast, and has a vast knowledge of the characteristics of the breeds and their special needs.
